The founders set out on a mission where consultants looking for flexible and challenging project work could meet companies needing help when employees were on leave, overextended, or not able to take on incremental project-based work.

Since then, the company has expanded their service offerings to include payroll services for contract employees, a full-spectrum of recruiting services for regular or contract employees as well as consultancy and advisory services focused on recruitment and talent management processes and best practices. Additionally, ExtendMyTeam (EMT) was launched in 2014 to provide an hourly sourcing solution for small to medium size companies or those who are experiencing rapid growth.
