She has helped many notable small-to-medium hyper-growth organizations including YETI, RetailMeNot, Spredfast, Kony, Phunware and Green Mountain in a variety of recruiting capacities and projects. She has been instrumental in helping create, manage, and implement recruiting programs, initiatives, and solutions to hire the best available talent.

Jaime continues to consult with companies on special projects in need of a talent acquisition strategy, training, and development programs. She is dedicated to continuously improving the customer experience and quality of services that ExtendMyTeam supports. Jaime is a graduate of Austin College and holds an MBA from St. Edwards University. She lives in St. Petersburg, FL.
